Eagle Claw Fast Connecting Fist (Lian Quan) 1–10 introduces students to the first ten movements of the traditional Eagle Claw Linking Fist system.
Lian Quan, commonly translated as “Linking Fist” or “Connected Fist,” is one of the major training methods found within Eagle Claw Kung Fu. The larger system contains 50 short lines or sequences incorporating striking, seizing, controlling, grappling, joint manipulation, footwork, and continuous combinations.
This course focuses specifically on Movements 1–10 as taught within my Eagle Claw lineage.
Rather than attempting to memorize all 50 sequences, students will develop a working foundation from the first ten. These movements contain enough material to begin understanding how Eagle Claw techniques connect together and how individual movements can be adapted for practical martial arts training.
Students will study the form, mechanics, positioning, and possible applications behind the technique

High-Kick Stretching Basics is a beginner-friendly course designed to help martial artists develop the flexibility and body positioning needed for higher, cleaner kicks.
The course focuses on foundational stretches that target the hamstrings, hips, glutes, calves, and surrounding muscles used during kicking. Students will learn proper alignment, posture, and stretching technique while gradually working toward greater range of motion.
Lessons include practical stretching methods such as the forward-facing leg stretch and side-bend leg stretch, with an emphasis on controlled progression rather than forcing flexibility.
By the end of the course, students should have a simple stretching routine they can practice consistently to support:
- Improved flexibility and range of motion
- Higher and more controlled kicks
- Better hip and leg mobility
- Improved posture and body alignment during stretching
- A stronger foundation for continued martial arts flexibility training
This course is suitable for beginners as well as martial artists who want to improve the flexibility required for high-kick training.
